Provide the full scope of general primary medicine services which fall under the Nurse Practitioner's field of training, including but not limited to diagnosis, treatment, coordination of care, preventative care and health maintenance for all patients.
Education: Candidates must have graduated from an accredited program.
Licensure: Active Rhode Island license and DEA. Prefer certification in Family Medicine.
Experience: Professional clinical experience in specific area of practice, i.e. "Family Practice, Internal Medicine, etc."
Internal / External RelationshipsContact with clients and / or families of clients, potential clients and patients, third parties, Providers, supervisors, managers and departments within the healthcare community.
Working ConditionsRequires mental alertness, stamina to work in a constantly changing environment.
Must meet annual safety training requirements relative to a safe work place ensuring staff and visitor safety.
