full-time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP/CRNP) to join our established
outpatient primary care practice in Mount Airy, Maryland. This hospital-employed opportunity offers a collaborative, team-based environment where you'll work alongside board-certified Family Medicine physicians and experienced Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.

The Opportunity- 100% outpatient primary care - no inpatient responsibilities
- No weekend or holiday clinic hours
- Telephone call only with a shared 1:10 call schedule
- Collaborate with experienced Family Medicine physicians and APPs
- Practice in a modern, state-of-the-art medical pavilion with on-site specialty services for patients
- Ambient AI documentation technology to reduce charting time and improve work-life balance
- Supportive leadership with an emphasis on quality patient care
Compensation- Base salary: $110,000-$130,000, based on experience
- Additional production and performance incentive bonuses

Qualifications- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Active Maryland CRNP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or appropriate Primary Care Nurse Practitioner certification
- Minimum of 2 years of outpatient Primary Care experience preferred
- Excellent communication, clinical, and collaborative skills
- Passion for providing compassionate, patient-centered care
