Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Orthopedic & Spine practice. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing musculoskeletal and spine-related conditions in an orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain management setting.

This provider will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care in both clinic and procedural environments.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Current and unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice
  • Board certification as an NP or PA
  • Minimum of 5 years of orthopedic, spine, or interventional pain management experience required
  • Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, spine pathology, diagnostics, and treatment planning
  • Experience with injections, procedural assistance, and post-procedure care preferred
  • Excellent communication and patient education skills
  • EMR proficiency required

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage orthopedic and spine patients
  • Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
  • Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
  • Provide patient education regarding treatment options, medications, and recovery expectations
  • Assist with procedures and injections as appropriate
  • Manage follow-up care and coordinate referrals when needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

Preferred Experience

  • Orthopedic surgery practice
  • Spine surgery practice
  • Interventional pain management
  • Regenerative medicine or sports medicine exposure
  • Fluoroscopy-guided procedure experience a plus
