Full Job Description
Responsibilities
  • You will report to the Associate Medical Director of KY: Dr. Cheryl Mcclain.
  • You will work on site at CenterWell Regency: 171 W Lowry Ln Suite 180 Lexington, KY 40503.
  • Deliver comprehensive outpatient care to adult and senior patients.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
  • Diagnose and manage moderately to complex medical conditions.
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with specialists.
  • Participate in clinical quality improvement programs.
  • Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
  • Contribute to strategic programs and innovations in care delivery.
  • Exercise independent clinical judgment in patient management

Required Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in nursing or completion of a PA program with board certification.
  • Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in the state of practice.
  • Must be willing to participate in a quarterly limited on-call coverage by phone.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records and digital documentation.
  • 2+ years' experience working as a NP or PA in an Outpatient clinical setting.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Specialty training in an Outpatient clinical setting in Primary Care, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatrics.
  • Experience working with senior populations or in Value-Based Care settings.
  • Proficiency with electronic health records Athena Health and digital documentation.


Work Environment:

  • Standard schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

$123,800 - $170,300 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
