Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provide 100% outpatient care with no on-call requirements
  • Manage a patient population primarily composed of Medicare Advantage clients
  • See 12-18 patients daily, ensuring quality care
  • Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes
  • Engage in continuous improvement practices to optimize clinic operations

Job Description:

  • 100% Outpatient - NO CALL

  • Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

  • Patient Population: Medicare Advantage

  • 12-18 patients daily

Education & Experience

  • MSN

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine

  • Must have minimum of 3-5 years recent experience as an NP in a primary care setting. Preferably in value-based care

  • Must live within 15-25 minutes from clinic

Our compensation package include:

  • Competitive base salary plus quarterly bonuses

  • $1,500 in CME Allowance
