Qualifications

  • MSN degree required
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine
  • 3-5 years recent NP experience in primary care, preferably in value-based care
  • Must reside within 15-25 minutes of the clinic

Responsibilities

  • Provide 100% outpatient care with no on-call duties
  • Manage a patient load of 12-18 individuals daily
  • Focus on Medicare Advantage patient population
  • Work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm

Job Description:

  • 100% Outpatient - NO CALL

  • Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

  • Patient Population: Medicare Advantage

  • 12-18 patients daily

Education & Experience

  • MSN

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine

  • Must have minimum of 3-5 years recent experience as an NP in a primary care setting. Preferably in value-based care

  • Must live within 15-25 minutes from clinic
