MultiCare Health System is looking for a team focused Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team at Capital Medical Center!

Position Summary
An Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner who focuses on the care of women with pelvic floor disorders. These disorders can include urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and other conditions that affect the pelvic floor and bladder. This provider is responsible for diagnosing, treating, and managing pelvic floor disorders in women. This role involves in-office treatments, patient education, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals including urogynecology physician, to provide comprehensive care.Responsibilities
• Diagnose and treat pelvic floor disorders such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and fecal incontinence.
• Refer diagnosed urogynecologic surgical procedures to practice Urogynecologists
• Develop and implement treatment plans that may include medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle modifications.
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and multidisciplinary teams, including primary care physicians, physical therapists, Urogynecologists, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in urogynecology.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Participate in practice call coverage as required.
• Order radiologic imaging or labs as indicated.
• Document all patient interactions accurately and timely in the electronic health record (EHR) inclusive of direct patient encounters and asynchronous care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, clinical education, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Requirements
• Washington State Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment
• DEA, NPI & Prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers certification by the American Heart Association.
• Strong diagnostic and procedural skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and a commitment to innovation and excellence in women's health.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate and work with physicians, nursing staff, medical assistants and front office staff.

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $166,000.00 - $166,000.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
