Base Pay Range: $34.46 to $51.02 per hour, based on experience
- Choose Between Sign-On Bonus -OR- Retention Rewards
- Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
- Retention Rewards: Up to $15,000 On UH OR eligible
- Relocation Support: Additional $5,000 if moving from over 50 miles away
- Retention Reward (Option 1): $2,000 per year for up to 5 years, totaling $10,000
- Student Loan Repayment (Option 2): $2,000 per year toward student loans, up to 5 years, totaling $10,000

DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION- Provide direct care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care to an assigned group of patients.
- Plan, direct, and/or participate in the education of the patient, family, community, and health professionals.
- Report pertinent observations and reactions regarding patients to the appropriate person (i.e. physicians, head nurse, charge nurse, and/or nursing supervisor) and record those observations accurately and concisely.
- Maintain the standards of nursing care and implement the policies and procedures of the hospital and assigned nursing department.
- Participate in meetings, in-services, and quality and performance improvement groups.
- Participate in nursing research.
- Provide quality care to patients and work with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest patient satisfaction.
- May complete unit/department specific duties as outlined in department documents.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.
- One (1) year of RN experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Participation in a professional nursing organization.
• Additional license/certification requirements as determined by the hiring department.
