Sterling Park Senior Living hasthe opportunity to welcome a
Interim Nurse Manager (RN) to cover for a leave of absence. Our Nurse Manager works with our Director of Nursing and clinical team to provide care coordination and assessments for our 40 nursing home residents.
JOB HIGHLIGHTS:- Full Time Monday-Friday (with every third weekend on-call rotation)
- Starting Hourly wage up to $45.00/hour depending on qualifications
- This is approx. a 3-4 month assignment to cover a leave of absence
JOB SUMMARY:As a Nurse Manager, you will assist the clinical leadership team in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the overall operations of the clinical department to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:- Hold current Registered Nurse (RN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility
- Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC)
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
