What You'll Do- Provide leadership and operational oversight for the Vascular Access Team.
- Manage daily operations, staffing, team performance and clinical outcomes.
- Support, coach and develop team members while promoting a culture of clinical excellence.
- Ensure safe and timely placement and management of vascular access devices.
- Collaborate with nursing, providers and interdisciplinary teams to support patient care needs.
- Promote evidence-based practices, quality improvement and patient safety.
What We're Looking For- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree. Bachelors Degree in Nursing required. Graduate Degree, preferred.
- Experience: Two years demonstrated leadership experience, preferred. Three years clinical RN experience in an acute care setting, preferred.
- Refer to the Life Support Training Policy NH-HR-3096.
- Licensure/certification/registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state required. NC state approved curricula for restrictive interventions (facility specific) within 3 months of hire for Emergency Departments and Behavioral Health units, required. Board certification in area of practice, preferred.
