Qualifications

• BSN preferred from an accredited nursing program.
• Current Massachusetts RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum of 3-5 years clinical experience required, with charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong analytical skills for organizing and evaluating staff work.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in multiple languages relevant to patient populations.
• Proficiency in healthcare software and electronic medical records, including MS Word and patient registration systems.
• Telemetry experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care while supervising nursing staff.
