This leadership role partners closely with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure exceptional resident care, regulatory compliance, and a supportive clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily clinical leadership for nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs)
- Promote high-quality, resident-centered care
- Support staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management
- Maintain survey readiness and adherence to state and federal regulations
- Collaborate with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams
Qualifications- Active unencumbered Oregon LPN or RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing leadership experience (SNF/LTC preferred)
- Strong understanding of skilled nursing regulations and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- EHR experience and current CPR certification
