Hiring Range: $98,696.00 to $134,888.00
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Nurse Manager of the new Crisis Residential program is responsible assisting in planning, implementation and training for this new program and works closely with the operational and clinical leadership providing nursing leadership, clinical input, and consultation to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality customer care in accordance with organizational and program specific policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations. The Nurse Manager provides direct clinical care, clinical oversight, and functions as a mentor and resource for the department nursing staff.
Qualifications:
1. Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing; OR Bachelor's degree or higher-level educational program in health and human services.
2. Licensed in the State of Alaska as a Registered Nurse.
3. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. ACLS, NRP, ATLS, ALSO and PALS as required for specialty and any certification relating to the scope of practice as required.
Additional Qualifications for Crisis Stabilization Registered Nurse:
1. Three (3) years of clinical care nursing experience with a minimum of six months in crisis or related service program.

Under P.L. 93-638, as amended, the company pursues a policy of Native preference in hiring, contracting and training. SCF Human Resources must receive certification before applicants receive preference.
