Hiring Range: $87,921.60 to $117,235.73
Summary of Job Responsibilities:
The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Senior Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment for complex, hard-to-fill, clinical, professional, and leadership positions across SCF. This position serves as a subject matter expert and partner to hiring managers, providing advanced recruiting consultation, market insight, and strategic sourcing support to ensure successful hiring outcomes. The Senior Recruiter plays a key role in advancing recruitment quality, applicant experience, and compliance with SCF policies and procedures. This position also supports the development of recruiting practices across the talent acquisition team by providing mentorship, guidance, and technical expertise.
Qualifications:
SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF's geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF's vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:
1. Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
2. Three (3) years of progressively responsible professional recruiting experience of which at least two (2) years are healthcare recruiting, including experience recruiting for hard-to-fill, clinical, professional, or leadership positions.
3. AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification, OR ability to obtain within three (3) months of hire.
