- Assessment: Performs total body and system assessment each shift/visit according to unit standards.
- Care of Patient: Including planning, implementing, evaluating and educating.
- Clinical/Technical Skills: Utilizes technology, procedures, protocols, standards and interventions specific to the assigned unit.
- Documentation: Performs legible, timely, concise and accurate documentation according to policies and procedures.
- Proficient and competent with the computerized documentation system.
- Leadership: Accepts responsibility and accountability for own decisions and behaviors. Recognizes, accepts and cooperates with direction from facility leadership.

Job Requirements
Required:
- 2 years recent experience in an Emergency department as a RN within the last 5 years
- Current CA RN licensure
- Current AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
- TNCC required within 6 months of hire
- ASLS (Advanced Stroke Life Support) within 6 months of hire
- MICN required within 24 months of hire
- Minimum Associates Degree in Nursing
