Job Description- Primary responsibilities of this RN Manager position include infection control preventionist, oversight of the restorative nursing program, and education in the SNF.
- Working with the Director of Nursing to assist with audits, regulatory concerns, state surveys and other areas that need addressed.
- In the event of staffing needs, could assist with covering charge nurse or medication pass.
- Assists with new hire and annual competencies, participates in monthly and quarterly QAPI meetings.
Qualifications- Two (2) years of Geriatric Nursing and experience in supervision of others
- Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse License
- Current CPR Certification
- Prefer Infection Preventionist Certification but willing to assist with obtaining the certification
