Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) with valid state licensure.
• Direct patient care experience, including assessment of clinical conditions.
• Proven experience in recruiting, training, and managing healthcare staff.
• Prior leadership experience at a department head level in Assisted Living or a related field.
• Current CPR certification with knowledge of basic first aid principles.
• Experience in coordinating educational events for staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule resident services staff to meet company standards.
• Establish and maintain a compliant medication management system.
• Perform assessments to develop tailored service plans for residents.
• Manage the Resident Services Department within budget constraints.
• Conduct daily quality enhancement reviews to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Act as a primary contact for resident care issues within the community.
• Provide ongoing training for new and existing staff members.
