JOB DESCRIPTION:Provides direct client and/or community services as necessary to meet program service obligations and maintain appropriate documentation. Ensures compliance with standards, regulations, and laws and works with other leadership staff to ensure the financial viability and census targets of the assigned service area. Collaborates with leaders throughout the organization to ensure that services provided are high quality, evidence based, and produce positive outcomes for those we serve. Ensures that staff in their assigned areas provide high quality customer service to clients seeking services and to other teams and staff. Provides feedback and reports to appropriate management staff and, as appropriate, to funding sources.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Oversee the daily operations of direct care services, including but not limited to evaluation of patient care on a daily basis, reviewing client charts, monitor TB tests and policies, evaluation of medication orders and records, monitoring need for medication refills, and need for stock medications.
- Make necessary decision to assure program continuity. Act in consultation with other Managers, Directors, and Administrative staff.
- Participate in recruitment and hiring, and maintain primary responsibility for training, supervision, disciplinary action, and performance appraisal of assigned staff and interns. Ensure and/or provide clinical supervision consistently and is of the highest quality. Ensuring completion of monthly developments and quarterly staff meetings.
- Oversee all programs with nursing positions for Fellowship House, including residential and outpatient services.
- Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) expectations.
- Assist client in making discharge plans and provide follow up services as assigned (clinical/direct service), serving as an liaison between clients and family members, or other community programs.
- Demonstrates an ability to manage crisis situations, including danger to self and others, to ensure the safety and stabilization of consumers and to make appropriate referrals/linkages when clinically indicated. Does not leave crisis situation until consumer is in a safe environment or crisis is resolved.
- Attend staff meetings, clinical staffings, and other internal meetings as assigned. Participate on committees as assigned, including quality assurance functions. Maintain appropriate communication with other employees and work as an effective member of treatment team.
- Evaluate need for policies and procedure development and update.
- Request and review internal and external medical records and assisting with health information management.
- Ensure staffing schedule is complete in a timely manner and ensure coverage of shifts, as needed.
- Assist the onsite provider or delegate with daily operations.
- Develop client and staff education plans.
- Complete necessary insurance authorizations, as well as completion of continued stay reviews, as assigned. Meet and maintain applicable certification and licensure requirements.

QUALIFICATIONSEducation LevelDiploma in Registered Nursing or Greater.
Years of ExperienceFive years successful program/service experience including supervisory or management duties preferably in a outpatient setting.

Pay Range:$74,400.00--$111,600.00
