Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and closeout of assigned projects in accordance with scope, schedule, and budget requirements.
  • Provide oversight, evaluation, and improvement of project management efficiency, ensuring adherence to established management principles as established by the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Coordinate daily/weekly meetings with teams to align the means and methods, schedule contracting needs, and delivery timelines.
  • Participate in customer site visits, proposal development, and contract reviews to ensure a complete understanding of scope, risk, and obligations.
  • Oversee and approve monthly project cost updates, quarterly cash flow projections, and negotiate/approve change orders.
  • Act as primary interface with clients, engineers, vendors, and suppliers, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout all project phases.
  • Anticipate potential challenges to schedule, or costs, and work with the team to develop proactive solutions.
  • Support project closeout by finalizing documentation, securing retainages, supporting supervisors, and resolving outstanding claims.
  • Work under general direction but assume full accountability as the single point of contact for assigned projects.


Requirements:
  • BA/BS Degree plus 10 years of direct experience required, or MS with 0 - 5 years' experience.
  • Successful drug screening.
  • Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security or clearance badge.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • BA/BS Degree in a technical discipline, plus 18 years plus of direct experience required, or an MS with 15 years' experience.
  • Experience with NRC 10CFR70, 50, and/or 52 Regulations.
  • PMP training or designation is preferred.
  • A working knowledge and understanding of NRC licensing, engineering plans, specifications and industrial principles.
  • Mechanically inclined and an understanding of capital projects including Power, Nuclear Fuel Cycle, Nuclear Power, Department of Energy, Manufacturing, etc.


Location/Work Arrangement:
  • Schedule is full-time, Monday - Friday 40-hour week.
