As a Nuclear Pharmacist, you will oversee the production, quality control, and dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with pharmacy regulations, cGMP requirements, and radiation safety standards. Working in a highly regulated manufacturing environment, you will help ensure the safe and timely delivery of products used in advanced diagnostic imaging. Training & Development

No prior Nuclear Pharmacy experience is required. Siemens Healthineers provides structured training designed to help licensed pharmacists develop the technical, operational, quality, and regulatory knowledge required to practice Nuclear Pharmacy. Team members work alongside experienced Nuclear Pharmacists while gaining hands-on experience in radiopharmaceutical production, quality control, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance.

Schedule

This role operates on an early-morning, 9 hour production shift, typically beginning between 1:00 AM through 4:00 AM, Monday through Friday (45 hour work week). A weekend rotation is required approximately once every 4-6 weeks. Many employees value the predictable daytime availability this schedule provides for family, personal commitments, and avoiding daytime commuting. Flexibility to work alternate early morning/night shift schedules may be needed, based on operational requirements.

As a Nuclear Pharmacist, you will be responsible for:

• Production of radionuclides
• Preparation and testing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Dispensing of radiopharmaceuticals
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory commitments including cGMP, Radiation Safety, Pharmacy Laws, company policies and procedures, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulations
• Delivering and ensuring performance of aseptic techniques, including sterility and pyrogen testing per company standard operating procedures
• Performing and overseeing quality control procedures utilizing analytical equipment and chemical testing methods
• Maintaining all applicable documentation and records
• Preparing shipments of radioactive materials according to procedure and licensing authority requirements
• Providing support in the operation and maintenance of cyclotrons, chemistry modules, quality control equipment, and associated software
• Serving as the designated pharmacist in charge in the absence of the Pharmacy Manager (PIC), with responsibility for personnel working within the permitted pharmacy area in accordance with state pharmacy laws
• Leading multiple non-exempt team members and supporting daily operational execution

Required Skills

• Active Pharmacist license or ability to obtain licensure in the state of employment
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Communicates effectively with a proven ability to interpret information and provide and/or follow complex instructions
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
• Strong customer relations skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications

Physical Demands

The base pay range for this position is:

$111,910 - $153,879

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
