COMMUNITY CANCER INSTITUTE
CMC’s Cancer Institute is a nationally accredited, world-class outpatient cancer center committed to delivering premier care to patients throughout the Central Valley and beyond. Located on the Clovis Community campus, our new 100,000-square-foot comprehensive cancer center brings all outpatient services together under one roof in partnership with UCSF medical staff.
Community Cancer Institute is an ACR- and Joint Commission–accredited facility featuring two state-of-the-art digital PET/CT scanners. We offer CNMTs flexible scheduling with three 12-hour shifts per week, promoting a healthy work-life balance. Our team-oriented environment emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and exceptional patient care.

Our Institute will have a dedicated radiation oncology clinic equipped with 3 conventional radiation therapy machines.

Responsibilities You love what you do, now love where you do it.As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Community Health System (CHS) you will practices at a fully independent level, supporting a high0acuity0imaging environment through technical0expertise, sound0judgment0and collaboration with Nuclear Medicine Physicians. This role is embedded within a multidisciplinary team committed to diagnostic accuracy, patient0safety0and continuous quality improvement.
You will independently perform nuclear medicine procedures, including preparing, compounding,0administering0and quality0testing radiopharmaceuticals in compliance with regulatory standards. You will ensure high0quality imaging through0accurate0patient identification,0appropriate exam0selection, proper0positioning0and protocol completion, while0maintaining0a safe and compliant environment through adherence to aseptic technique, medication0administration standards, radiation safety practices, equipment maintenance0requirements0and precise documentation.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
