Job Summary

Nuclear Medicine Field Service Engineer

Location: Houston, TX (Full-time, Permanent)

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 plus full benefits, vehicle allowance or company vehicle, and tools

Role Overview:

This Field Service Engineer role is based in Houston and will support hospitals and clinics throughout the greater Houston area. You will be responsible for preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and corrective repairs on Nuclear Medicine imaging systems, including SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET, and/or PET/CT platforms. Working closely with radiology, nuclear medicine, biomedical, and clinical teams, you will diagnose technical issues, complete service documentation, manage parts requirements, and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime. Support may also include software updates, system calibrations, and installation assistance as needed.

Key Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience servicing Nuclear Medicine imaging systems in a field-based environment
• Experience supporting SPECT, SPECT/CT, PET, and PET/CT systems
• GE Nuclear Medicine experience is strongly preferred, though candidates with Siemens, Philips, Canon, or other OEM experience will be considered
• Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and software-related system faults
• Experience supporting hospital and outpatient imaging environments
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Houston area
