Description

Prevailance is seeking an experienced and mission-focused professional to provide
Navy Readiness Reporting Enterprise (NRRE) Capabilities Support to Naval Information Forces (
NAVIFOR) Information Warfare (
IW) Type Commander (
TYCOM) as a
Business System Analyst.
NAVIFOR exercises responsibility as the Navy's IW TYCOM to organize, man, train, equip, and maintain Navy IW Forces, and related activities to the required levels of current readiness afloat and ashore. The analyst will support NRRE processes and systems, contributing to the effective management and reporting of IW readiness.
Key Responsibilities:- Support roles within the Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) as User Group Analyst, Plan Editor, and Requirement Editor, assisting with the creation and revision of Mission Essential Task Lists (METLs), and the Navy Warfare Training Plan (NWTP)
- Utilize the NRRE-BI and IBM Cognos applications to develop tailored reports for IW readiness contexts
- Perform DRRS-based readiness reporting in accordance with current policy and doctrine
- Support the integration of data from enterprise applications (e.g., GSORTS, OARs, PFOM, GFM NOS, RAVEN) into the DRRS readiness systems
Requirements
Qualifications:- Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Navy Training Information Management System (NTIMS) in the roles of User Group Analyst, Plan Editor, and Requirement Editor, supporting METL and NWTP development, revision, and maintenance
- Demonstrated expertise using RAVEN and NRRE-BI (IBM Cognos) applications to develop customized readiness and training reports in accordance with current policy and doctrine
- Working knowledge of enterprise readiness and personnel systems that provide or consolidate data feeding DRRS-based readiness reporting, including GSORTS, OARs, PFOM, GFM NOS, and related applications
- Understanding of DRRS-based readiness reporting in alignment with current policy and doctrinal guidance
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and produce actionable insights
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with experience communicating technical information to operational and leadership audiences
Desired:- Familiarity with the organization and hierarchy of the Navy rank and grade structure
- Knowledge of Navy terminology and Information Warfare operational concepts
Education:- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g., Operations Research, Operations Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline)
Clearance:- Must possess and maintain a Top Secret / SCI Clearance
