Full Job Description
Key Responsibilities

Leads material readiness, supply continuity, and execution alignment for ALD NPT/NPI programs across Engineering, TPM, Planning, Manufacturing, Commodity Management, and Executive Leadership. Provides executive-level visibility into supply risks, shortages, mitigation strategies, and recovery plans to support realistic program execution and customer commitments.

Leads Materials Core Team activities and drives execution accountability through matrix management of buyers, planners, production control, and sourcing organizations. Collaborates closely with Engineering and TPM teams to align BOM readiness, engineering changes, and execution milestones with operational capability.

Acts as the primary operational escalation owner for critical supplier, material, and execution issues impacting ALD NPT programs. Leads supplier shortage reviews, recovery planning, and cross-functional escalation management to resolve supply disruptions and protect program execution.

Challenges unrealistic schedules, recovery expectations, and program assumptions when operational realities, supply chain constraints, or manufacturing capability do not support desired business outcomes. Influences TPMs, Engineering, Operations, and Executive stakeholders through data-driven decision making and operational credibility.

Functional Knowledge

Demonstrates deep expertise in NPI/NPT supply chain execution, material readiness, supplier management, and manufacturing operations within a complex semiconductor equipment environment.

Business Expertise

Interprets internal and external business challenges and aligns operational execution strategies to support customer commitments, revenue objectives, and realistic supply chain capability.

Leadership

Leads cross-functional teams and drives organizational accountability in high-visibility, escalation-heavy environments with moderate to high levels of complexity and business impact.

Problem Solving

Leads resolution of highly complex operational and supply chain challenges through proactive risk management, analytical decision making, and innovative mitigation strategies.

Impact

Directly impacts customer commitments, revenue attainment, operational readiness, and successful execution of critical ALD NPT/NPI programs.

Interpersonal Skills

Communicates difficult operational realities with executive presence and effectively negotiates alignment across Engineering, TPM, Operations, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership teams.

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
