POSITION SUMMARY:Provide out-patient comprehensive medical services based on respective specialty including preventive and health maintenance services, acute and chronic care, clinical evaluation, diagnosis, and consultation services to CFHC clinical staff and outside providers who see CFHC patients. In the event hospitalization is required, will refer to hospitalist at local hospital and will monitor care upon discharge or for some areas of specialty, in-patient duties and hospital rounding may be required.
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS:- Education: Residency trained Physician
- Board Eligible / Certified in Gastrologist
- Licensure: Florida License
- DEA Certificate
- Insurability (malpractice)
- Medical staff privileges at appropriate hospital if designated by CFHC
- BLS certification
- Computer literacy
- EMR experience
