Position Description:
The Dallas Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, Customer Support Specialists and Onsite Benefit Assistants across North Texas to achieve both short-term and long-term sales and marketing objectives. Reporting to the Texas State Manager, this role develops and implements collaborative sales and business strategies that align with First Financial Group of America's goals, policies, and best practices.
Through effective leadership and strategic execution, the Dallas Regional Sales Manager drives revenue growth, achieves sales quotas, strengthens account retention, expands market share, promotes product diversification, and ensures high levels of customer satisfaction.
Additionally, this position is responsible for fostering a culture of accountability and excellence by ensuring all regional team members adhere to company policies, procedures, and the highest standards of ethical business conduct. The Dallas Regional Sales Manager will also perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
