Job Description Summary
Le responsable de la qualité des fournisseurs fait preuve de responsabilité à l'égard des objectifs fonctionnels, commerciaux et généraux de l'entreprise. Il/elle est responsable de la gestion de la qualité des fournisseurs pour l'ensemble de la base d'approvisionnement de la région (quelles que soient les régions du projet). À ce titre, il/elle gère une équipe de qualité des fournisseurs aux compétences multiples, intègre et développe des processus qui répondent aux besoins commerciaux de l'ensemble de l'organisation, gère des problèmes complexes dans un domaine d'expertise fonctionnel, participe à la planification à long terme et contribue à la stratégie commerciale globale.

The Supplier Quality Manager demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. He/she is responsible for Supplier Quality Management for all Supply Base in the region (regardless of Project Regions). In this role he/she manages a multi-competencies supplier quality team, integrates and develops processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy.

Job Description
  • Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie SQ au niveau régional, alignée sur la stratégie globale
  • Assurez-vous que l'équipe SQ répond à ses principales priorités commerciales dans la région, telles que la réduction du coût de la qualité et l'élimination des défauts du fournisseur conformément aux objectifs commerciaux définis.
  • Assurer le développement de l'équipe SQ en fonction des besoins commerciaux et individuels.
  • Assurez-vous que l'équipe SQ est parfaitement alignée sur les besoins commerciaux et interfonctionnels.
  • Mettre en œuvre et surveiller les processus, les outils et les indicateurs au niveau régional
  • Assurez-vous que les nouveaux fournisseurs de la région sont intégrés dans les règles de conformité et conformément au processus d'approvisionnement défini, par exemple en menant des audits SSR liés au processus d'approbation et en maintenant le statut d'approbation des
  • fournisseurs.
  • Assurez-vous que les nouveaux fournisseurs sont techniquement qualifiés (qualification GECC) avant toute commande au fournisseur.
  • Assurez-vous que la base complète de fournisseurs existants est techniquement qualifiée conformément aux normes les plus récentes, c'est-à-dire. Qualifications de niveau GECC, également qualifications maintenues à une fréquence déterminée
  • Assurer la mise en œuvre efficace et opportune de la RCA et du plan correctif du NC en matière d'approvisionnement.
  • Gérez les inspecteurs tiers.
  • Surveillez les performances des fournisseurs de la région à une fréquence déterminée et mettez en œuvre le plan de développement des fournisseurs en conséquence.

  • compte hiérarchiquement au responsable régional de l'approvisionnement et fonctionnellement au responsable mondial de la qualité des fournisseurs

    Autres exigences :

    Qualification et expérience :
  • Diplôme d'ingénieur en mécanique ou en électricité avec au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans un domaine similaire
  • Expérience dans le domaine de la qualité.
  • Solides compétences en communication écrite et verbale en anglais et en français.

  • Define and implement the SQ strategy at regional level, aligned with the global strategy
  • Ensure that SQ team meet their key business priorities in the region like reduction of cost of quality and escape defects from supplier as per the defined business targets.
  • Ensure development of SQ team as per the business and individual needs.
  • Ensure that SQ team is perfectly aligned with business as well cross-functional needs.
  • Implement and monitor processes, tools and metrics at regional level
  • Ensure that the new suppliers of the region are onboarded with proper compliance and as per the defined sourcing process, like driving SRG audits related to approval process and maintain the approval status of the suppliers.
  • Ensure that the new suppliers are technically qualified (GECC qualification) before any PO to the supplier.
  • Ensure that complete existing supplier base is technically qualified as per the latest norms i.e. GECC level qualifications, also qualifications maintained on decided frequency.
  • Ensure effective and timely RCA and corrective plan implementation of NC related to sourcing.
  • Manage third party inspectors.
  • Monitor the supplier performance of the region on decided frequency and implement the supplier development plan accordingly.


Organization Reporting:
  • Report hierarchically to Regional Sourcing Leader and functionally to Global Supplier Quality Leader

Qualification and experience:
  • Engineering degree in mechanical or electrical with minimum 10 year of experience in similar business.
  • Experience in quality domain.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills English and French.
  • Problem solving skills / Six sigma trained and certified or equivalent quality certification.
