North America Print Category Product Manager

Description -

The category product manager will play a critical role in managing a segment of HP's home printing portfolio to achieve product category financial and business goals. This person will partner with US retail and commercial business development, sales teams, marketing, demand generation, COE, finance and operational partners.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the North America 4P product strategy and plan to deliver the organization's quarterly and annual financial objectives and KPIs.
  • Monitors Key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to drive end-to-end product life cycle management processes
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback and data to understand customer needs, preferences and pain points. Translates these insights into actionable improvements.
  • Manage and drive weekly product lifecycle and planning related topics to closure while collaborating with sales, channel development, marketing and operations.
  • Partner with demand generation and operations to manage inventory to target
  • Stay up to date with industry and competitive trends to evolve the positioning of portfolio
  • Anticipate and plan for competitive threats and risks.
  • Brings in logical and analytical thinking in problem solving


Education & Experience Recommended
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.

knowledge, skills, and experience.
