What You Will DoThis is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated IM or FM Nocturnist to join an employed position within a busy, well-respected practice, supported by a strong referral base and the full resources of a robust health system network.
- Collaborative Night Team: Join a dedicated overnight duo of two Nocturnists, supported by a daytime team of seven rounders, ensuring a manageable pace and a strong peer-to-peer partnership.
- Lead Clinical Assessments: Evaluate and treat hospital admissions with precision, serving as the primary attending or consulting physician to stabilize and care for patients during the critical overnight hours.
- Mentor the Next Generation: Drive academic excellence by teaching and mentoring residents during every shift, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional development.
- Focus on Specialized Care: Benefit from a closed ICU model where dedicated Intensivists lead all codes and procedures, allowing you to focus your expertise on high-quality medical management and diagnostic accuracy.
- Document the Patient Journey: Capture the clinical story through accurate documentation, ensuring seamless communication across the 300-bed facility and the broader integrated network.

- Board Certification/Eligibility: Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

What You Will NeedLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Wisconsin Medical Examining Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Verified by local Credentialing Office.
- Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
Education:
