Job Description & Summary
The Opportunity
As a NextGen Change- Change Management- Senior Associate, you will focus on helping clients navigate organizational change and effectively communicate with stakeholders. Within our Workforce Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to develop change management strategies, assess change readiness, and design communication plans to support successful change initiatives. Your role will provide guidance on employee engagement, training, and cultural transformation to drive organizational adoption and minimize resistance.
As a Senior Associate, you will build meaningful client connections and learn how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn't clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role, you will leverage your skills to analyze client needs and develop people and organization strategies. You will offer guidance and support to help clients optimize their workforce, enhance employee engagement, and drive organizational effectiveness.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing change management strategies to support organizational transformation
- Conducting change impact analysis to identify potential challenges and opportunities
- Designing and executing communication plans to effectively engage stakeholders
- Collaborating with clients to assess change readiness and develop tailored engagement strategies
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Supporting human capital initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness
- Facilitating training sessions to promote cultural transformation and minimize resistance
- Applying business analysis skills to optimize workforce strategies and organizational design
- Managing stakeholder communications to maintain alignment and address concerns
- Leveraging creativity and innovation to generate new ideas and solve complex problems
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Organizational Management/Behavior
- Utilizing change management strategies to drive organizational transformation

Job Posting End Date
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
