The Role: The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of law firm experience advising clients on large and complex real estate transactions.

Qualifications
Your Experience: - Experience advising clients on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, development projects, financing, leasing and strategic investments.
- Strong understanding of complex real estate transactions involving domestic and foreign institutional investors, private equity sponsors, asset managers, developers, lenders, and corporate clients.
- Experience managing substantial portions of sophisticated transactions, including drafting, and negotiating transaction documents, coordinating diligence, and supporting deal execution.
- Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent analytical, drafting, negotiation, and project management skills, with a practical and commercial approach to client service.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school.
- High academic achievement.
- Strong interest in the subject area, entrepreneurial and a team-player.
- Admitted to (or possessing the ability to waive into) the New York Bar.
- Prior experience at a peer Am Law or international law firm.
Clifford Chance US LLP offers a comprehensive benefits and compensation package. The salary range for this role is $260,000-$390,000. Actual salary will be commensurate with the candidate's qualifications and relevant experience
