  • Coordinate and lead project team meetings, customer meetings, design reviews, and manufacturability reviews.

Collaborate Inside and Outside the Organization
  • Work closely with suppliers and contract manufacturers to secure required services and components.
  • Interface with customers and vendors to support development projects and provide post-sale support for custom applications.
  • Assist Production with special or unique customer orders and help maintain focus on priority items.

Strengthen Processes and Documentation
  • Capture lessons learned and apply them to future projects.
  • Maintain project records and historical data for estimating and planning.
  • Assist in developing and documenting product development procedures.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Promote a Positive, Safe Work Environment
  • Maintain a friendly, service-oriented approach with coworkers, customers, and partners.
  • Promote safety, follow company policies, and support OSHA and environmental compliance.
  • Maintain familiarity with relevant software tools and participate in ongoing training.

  • PMI PMP certification (or similar) is a plus
  • Goal-oriented, action-focused, and able to balance customer, project, and organizational needs
