Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or program leadership within manufacturing or supply chain environments
• Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI) phase gate processes
• Strong project management skills with proven track record of running multiple projects
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Experience in risk assessment and mitigation in product launches
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement strategies

Responsibilities

• Lead product introduction programs from inception to launch.
• Act as the central contact for all launch activities within the organization.
• Create and manage comprehensive project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct kickoff and cross-departmental meetings to ensure alignment.
• Enforce accountability across all teams to meet project goals.

• Report issues affecting costs, quality, or timelines to stakeholders.
• Oversee the NPI phase gate process to ensure deliverables are met before advancing.
• Track and document project developments and outcomes for organizational knowledge.
• Oversee cross-functional coordination to ensure readiness in all departments.
