Compensation- $200K to $240K base salary (based on experience and schedule)
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based on experience)

What You'll Do- Outpatient pediatric care: Deliver preventive, acute, and follow-up care for patients from infancy through adolescence
- Clinical management: Diagnose and treat common pediatric conditions, manage well-child visits, routine screenings, and developmental monitoring
- Immunizations and counseling: Administer vaccines and counsel families on prevention and wellness
- Diagnostics and coordination: Order and interpret labs, coordinate specialty referrals as needed
- Documentation: Chart efficiently using EMR with AI-powered documentation tools
- Quality and collaboration: Partner with an integrated care team and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
Requirements- MD/DO with active NYS medical license
- Board eligible or board certified in Pediatrics
- Residency-trained in Pediatrics (ACGME accredited)
- Comfortable with outpatient pediatrics: well visits, sick visits, and continuity care
- EMR proficiency; strong HIPAA compliance
- BLS/PALS required; ACLS and Infection Control preferred
- Pediatrics experience preferred; Spanish language skills a plus
