Full Job Description
This role leads the workflows for new business for at least 1 and up to 3 new business pitches, and plays a critical for ensuring our new business pitche process is organized.
We're hiring a New Business Coordinator / Manager Business Development to join our Business Development team. Reporting to a Director or Sr. Director of Business Development & Account Leadership, you'll sit at the center of proposal development, program delivery, and client relationship-building. Our ideal candidate is organized and is equally comfortable getting into the weeds of research as they are being on a client call. They have 2-3 years of experience working at an influencer agency, PR firm or advertising agency coordinating RFP responses.
What You'll Do
• Lead RFP & proposal development - Digest client briefs, synthesize trends and data, and project-manage responses cross-functionally: shaping influencer campaign strategies, curating agency offerings, building budgets, and presenting partnership approaches.
• Support client onboarding - Guide Client Strategy teams through net-new account set-up and hand-off, including campaign kick-offs, partnership contracting, administrative workflows, and ensuring a smooth transition to day-to-day account leads.
• Reporting & analytics collaboration - Partner with Analytics on performance hypotheses, translating learnings into strategic insights and sale enablement materials that drive further revenue growth.
• Build client relationships - Manage regular touch-points, model strong client service, surface friction points to leadership, and stay fluent in trends, competitors, and industry landscape..
What You'll Bring
• 3 or more years of experience in influencer marketing at an agency or PR firm
• Both left and right brain thinker, equally comfortable with data and creative thinking
• Independent, critical thinker; comfortable putting ideas backed by rationale and V1s out there, then getting steers from colleagues and clients to refine the work
• Exceptional client servicing skills and instincts; loves to develop strong relationships with clients
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail and excellent follow-through
• Great communication skills-both internally and externally, written and verbal
• Ability to work efficiently across a variety of tasks and manage time appropriately for projects
• Thrives in the "undefined" and enjoys fast-changing, fast-paced working environments
• Collaborative working style with positive attitude and enthusiasm for making great work happen!
• BA or equivalent

Pay
The pay range for this position is $75,000 - $86,000. Collectively takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
