Board Certified/Board Eligible Neurosurgeon to join our established, physician-led practice in Tucson, Arizona. This opportunity offers a strong blend of

Practice Details - Dedicated neurosurgical OR block time a minimum of 2 days per week
- Clinic on non-operative days
- Inpatient rounding before clinic and between operative cases as needed
- Typical clinic volume of 12-14 patients per day
- Average of 4-6 surgeries per week, with increased operative volume while on call

- Full neurological subspecialty support for inpatient and outpatient care
Comprehensive Support Physicians enjoy a robust support structure, including:
- Dedicated Physician Assistant for clinic, first assist, inpatient rounds, and call coverage
- Dedicated Medical Assistant assigned to each neurosurgeon
- Dedicated Program Coordinator supporting clinic and surgical scheduling
Call Coverage - Coverage at one hospital: Carondelet St. Joseph's Hospital
- Level I Trauma Center
- 24/7 Neurosurgical call coverage
- 1:5 call rotation
- One-week call blocks (Monday-Monday)
- Full PA support during call coverage
- 30-minute response time requirement
Candidate Qualifications - Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
