Position Summary

The Network Senior Analyst is responsible for the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the U.S. and Canada intermodal network. This role supports network design, cost management, transit time optimization, and contingency planning to ensure efficient and competitive transportation solutions for customers and internal stakeholders. The position serves as a key partner across operations, procurement, product, and commercial teams, driving data-based decisions that optimize service performance, network costs, and customer outcomes.

Position Responsibilities
• Conduct network analysis and routing evaluations to develop, enhance, and maintain intermodal transportation networks across the United States and Canada.
• Manage routing updates and network configurations to support operational efficiency, service reliability, and strategic growth initiatives.
• Perform routing system mass updates for transportation costs, transit times, and network parameters to ensure system accuracy and alignment with current business requirements.
• Participate in cost reviews and financial assessments to identify opportunities for cost savings, network improvements, and profitability enhancement.
• Lead and coordinate network diversion and contingency planning activities to mitigate service disruptions and maintain customer commitments.
• Analyze network performance and recommend optimization strategies that improve cost, transit time, capacity utilization, and overall service quality.
• Partner with technology and business teams to define system requirements, support testing activities, and assist with the rollout of new tools, enhancements, and processes.
• Serve as point of contact for day-to-day inquiries related to network design, routing, and estimated transit times.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytical tools that provide visibility into network performance, costs, and service trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement scalable solutions.
