  • Implement network configuration changes and sustain availability for infrastructure that transports telemetry and security data to SIEM/CDAP and related cybersecurity monitoring tools.
  • Support continuous monitoring operations by maintaining reliable network connectivity for integrated SIEM/C2C/DLP analytics, IDS/IPS, and other enterprise cyber defense capabilities.
  • Coordinate with SOC analysts, cybersecurity engineers, and service owners to troubleshoot network-related incidents, support escalation activities, and restore secure monitoring and operational visibility.
  • Assist with network support activities that enable USIEM data ingestion and analysis, including maintaining connectivity for relevant data sources and supporting incident analysis workflows.
  • Document network changes, operational issues, and configuration updates in accordance with established change management and cybersecurity operations processes.
  • Align network administration activities with DoD and ARNG cybersecurity policy, continuous monitoring expectations, and secure baseline configuration objectives.
  • Support coordination with NETCOM Global Cyber Center, DISA DCDC, and internal ENOCS cybersecurity teams as required to maintain cyber defense operations across the DoDIN-A(NG) area of responsibility.
