Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience; Master's degree and 7+ years; or PhD/JD and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience in space communication, network, and crypto systems with a focus on their design and testing.
• Familiarity with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) and relevant security policies.
• Knowledge of government satellite systems is required.
• Willingness to travel domestically up to 25%.
• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance and active Polygraph are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support the System Program Office in planning and oversight of communication and crypto acquisitions.
• Analyze network data and alerts to trace attacks and manage intrusions.
• Develop status reports and briefings for both government and industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with program stakeholders to maintain contract documentation.
• Review contract deliverables for accuracy and adherence to program requirements.
• Participate in program meetings and technical exchanges between developers and COTRs.
• Occasional monthly travel to support program needs.
