OverviewInabia is seeking a Senior Network Engineer with deep expertise in Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), Network Access Control (NAC), enterprise wireless networking, and advanced routing and switching. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and supporting large-scale enterprise network environments. The ideal candidate will also lead network modernization and automation initiatives that align with the organization's evolving security and infrastructure strategy.
Responsibilities- Design, deploy, and maintain Cisco ISE solutions for authentication, authorization, and accounting (AAA)
- Implement and support NAC policies using 802.1X, MAB, posture assessment, profiling, and guest access
- Integrate Cisco ISE with Active Directory, PKI, MDM, SIEM, and other security platforms
- Troubleshoot complex authentication and authorization issues across wired and wireless networks
- Design, implement, and optimize enterprise wireless networks using Cisco Catalyst and Wireless LAN Controllers
- Configure and troubleshoot WPA2/WPA3, RF optimization, roaming, QoS, and high-density wireless deployments
- Conduct wireless site surveys, capacity planning, and ongoing performance tuning
- Design, implement, and support enterprise LAN/WAN infrastructure including VLANs, STP/RSTP/MST, EtherChannel, HSRP/VRRP, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, and multicast
- Lead network infrastructure projects from initial design through full deployment
- Create and maintain network architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and technical documentation
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis for critical network outages
- Collaborate with security, systems, cloud, and application teams to support business and technology initiatives
Key Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- 8+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying Cisco ISE and NAC solutions
- Strong expertise in Cisco Catalyst switching and routing platforms
- Extensive experience with enterprise wireless technologies and high-density environments
- Deep understanding of 802.1X, RADIUS, TACACS+, AAA services, DHCP, DNS, and TCP/IP
- Proven experience integrating Cisco ISE with Active Directory and PKI/certificate services
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications- CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Security, or CCIE certification
- Experience with Cisco DNA Center and Software Defined Access (SDA) fabric
- Network automation experience using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, or Terraform
- Cloud networking knowledge across Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and modern network security frameworks
