Job SummaryThe Network Development Consultant partners closely with the President of Vandalia Health Network to drive strategic planning, business expansion, and market growth initiatives. This role plays a key part in strengthening the network's competitive position by cultivating relationships, identifying new opportunities, and supporting operational excellence across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with executive leadership to shape strategic plans and support new business initiatives that enhance and expand network services.
- Lead and manage high-impact business development projects aimed at increasing market share, revenue growth, and operational performance.
- Foster alignment and collaboration among physicians, physician groups, hospitals, managed care organizations, and other market stakeholders to support organizational goals.
- Monitor and maintain current intelligence on market trends, competitor activity, pricing, census data, and product strategies to inform decision-making.
Qualifications - Proven ability to build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders through exceptional communication, responsiveness, and follow-through.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize diverse internal and external data sources to guide strategy and growth initiatives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
- Skilled in analyzing statistical data and leveraging market research to support planning and business development activities.
- Demonstrated sense of urgency, technological proficiency, and commitment to achieving or surpassing key performance metrics.
- Successful track record of selling or presenting to C-suite leaders within hospitals or health systems.
