Responsibilities

  • Design and configure network devices and SDWAN solutions
  • Manage IPAM with proficiency in BGP, OSPF, and VLAN
  • Build and implement SDWAN systems
  • Oversee vendor support contracts and ensure compliance
  • Conduct firmware upgrades and apply hotfixes to mitigate vulnerabilities
  • Coordinate high-priority issue resolutions with vendors
  • Provide design guidance for new network environments
  • Analyze bugs and validate software code recommendations
  • Triage and fix LAN, WAN, and voice-related incidents
  • Perform root cause analysis of major incidents and identify patterns

Full Job Description
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • SDWAN (Cisco, Meraki, Aruba), F5 load balancer, Network routing & switching, DNS and Network security
  • (Firewall, VPN & access control)
  • Network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Strong Knowledge in Network LAN, WAN, Wireless, Network security (Firewall, VPN & Access control), Voice (Avaya)
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Design, configure, Network devices, SDWAN
  • IPAM management & strong in BGP, OSPF, VLAN
  • SDWAN design and build
  • Manage and maintain the support contract with vendor
  • Plan and mitigate the vulnerabilities by periodic firmware upgrades and hotfix patches
  • Coordinate with vendor for part replacement and high priority issues
  • Provide design and solutioning on setting up the new environment
  • Analyze and perform bug scrub validation for the newly recommended codes
  • Triage, identify and fix the incidents related to Network LAN, WAN & Voice
  • Deep dive analysis of reoccurring major / critical incidents and provide root cause analysis
  • Coordinate with other support teams Network, Security, and application team for regular BAU operations


Salary Range-$100,000-$150,000 a year
