- Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, patch, and harden routers, serial consoles, load balancers, and switches.
- Analyze and simulate network traffic in both virtual and physical lab environments to assist with problem resolution and configuration validation.
- Monitor system utilization and circuit bandwidth, report anomalies to Government engineering teams.
- Escalate highly complex network issues to engineering staff for advanced troubleshooting.
- Develop, execute, modify, or remove automation scripts to optimize network operations.
- Document all workload activity per incident or change request to support auditing and investigations.
- Apply deep knowledge of enterprise WAN architectures, network segmentation, and SDN technologies.
