Job DescriptionThis role serves as a key technical resource responsible for maintaining integrations, troubleshooting cross-platform business process issues, supporting eCommerce operations, and partnering with business stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, Customer Support, and Marketing.
Essential Functions- Provide day-to-day support for enterprise applications including NetSuite, Salesforce, WooCommerce, Stripe, Avalara, SPS Commerce (EDI), Celigo, Zapier, and Amazon Seller/Vendor platforms.
- Troubleshoot system, data, and workflow issues across integrated business systems.
- Partner with business users to diagnose and resolve operational issues impacting orders, fulfillment, invoicing, customer accounts, integrations, and reporting.
- Maintain and support integrations between enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, eCommerce, shipping, tax, payment, and EDI systems.
- Support and troubleshoot MuleSoft integrations and participate in future integration platform migration initiatives.
- Support WooCommerce storefront operations including payment processing, order management, shipping workflows, and customer transaction troubleshooting.
- Support Stripe payment processing workflows and issue resolution.
- Support Amazon account operations and integrations.
- Partner with Fulfillment and Operations teams to troubleshoot shipping, order routing, and EDI-related issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation, optimization, and operational efficiency.
- Document system workflows, integration mappings, support procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Assist with testing, validation, and deployment of new system enhancements and integrations.
- Coordinate with external vendors, consultants, and software providers to resolve technical issues and support upgrades.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise business systems, integrations, or eCommerce platforms.
- Hands-on experience supporting ERP and CRM platforms such as NetSuite and Salesforce.
- Experience supporting integration platforms such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar middleware technologies.
- Experience supporting eCommerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar.
- Experience troubleshooting integrated business workflows across multiple systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting APIs, data integrations, or workflow automation tools.
- Strong communication skills with ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications- Experience with SPS Commerce or EDI integrations.
- Experience supporting Avalara tax integrations.
- Experience supporting Stripe or payment processing platforms.
- Experience with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Familiarity with order-to-cash, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management workflows.
- Experience in manufacturing, consumer products, retail, eCommerce, or hardware-based businesses.
- Experience with MuleSoft or modern event-driven integration architecture is a plus.
- Salesforce, NetSuite, or integration platform certifications are a plus.
Salary Range: $95,000-$125,000
Work Environment- Hybrid or office-based work environment depending on business needs.
- Occasional after-hours support may be required during system outages, deployments, or critical operational incidents.
- Frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams including Finance, Operations, Fulfillment, Sales, Customer Support, and Marketing.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and support requests.
- Able to lift 25 lbs.
