Compensation and Benefits:
- Graduated pay scale - $275,000 in year 1, with a 7% annual increase reaching $360,000 in year 5

- Paid time off: 4 weeks annually in years 1-5, increasing to 6 ½ weeks as a full partner

Schedule:
- Five-day workweeks in years 1 and 2, transitioning to 4 ½-day workweeks from year 3 onward
