Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) for a permanent full-time position in a high-volume 28-bed Level III NICU in Panama City, FL.

This role operates within an in-house 24/7 NNP coverage model, delivering advanced acute care to critically ill neonates alongside neonatologists, pediatric subspecialists, and a dedicated neonatal transport team.

Schedule & Work Model:

  • Shift Structure: Flexible 24-hour in-house shifts providing continuous coverage (weekends included in rotation).
  • Unit Volume: Average daily census of ~19 patients across ~2,700 annual deliveries.


Key Responsibilities:
