As the Negotiation Support Group Manager, you lead a global team of engineering specialists supporting complex sales opportunities across multiple regions. Your day involves collaborating with sales, engineering, and service leaders, guiding technical negotiations, reviewing customer requirements, and providing strategic direction for high-value business opportunities. You balance team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement activities while acting as a key escalation point for critical customer discussions. What You Bring
