Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mining & Re-engineering: Lead the deep-dive mapping and analysis of global, end-to-end NBA operational workflows. Apply formal methodologies (Lean, BPMN) to identify inefficiencies and design optimized, standardized future-state processes.
  • Data Foundation & Governance: Partner with business and data teams to define the data requirements for automated processes. Focus on improving the quality, standardization, and governance of critical process inputs to ensure data is reliable and fit-for-purpose for AI systems.
  • Automation & Agentic Workflow Design: Translate re-engineered processes into detailed functional requirements for AI agents and automation solutions. Design robust "Human-in-the-Loop" workflows to ensure proper validation, compliance, and oversight of AI-driven actions.
  • Solution Prototyping & Validation: Actively participate in the design, configuration, and testing of custom AI agents and workflow solutions. Ensure that technical builds accurately reflect the process design and will deliver the intended business value.
  • Impact Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define, track, and report on key process performance indicators (e.g., process cycle time, task automation rates, error reduction). Establish a framework for ongoing process monitoring and continuous improvement.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Experience: 6+ years of dedicated experience in business process engineering, workflow automation, or systems analysis, with a strong background in Perfect Store (NBA), CPG, or sales operations.
  • Process Methodologies: Expert-level proficiency in process improvement and notation methodologies is required. Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt), or extensive experience with BPMN, Value Stream Mapping, and Design Thinking are highly preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: A highly analytical and data-driven mindset. Proven ability to deconstruct complex systems, model multi-step global processes, and translate them into structured business and technical requirements.
  • Technical & AI Acumen: Strong familiarity with the concepts of Generative AI, APIs, and low-code/no-code automation tools. Critically, must have the ability to translate detailed process maps into logical requirements for developers.
  • Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work as a "translator" between non-technical commercial teams and expert AI engineers to deliver seamless, practical solutions.

Critical Skills & Leadership Capabilities
  • Manages Complexity: Can deconstruct highly complex, cross-functional business processes into clear, logical components and models.
  • Analytical Rigor: Sets clear hypotheses about process failures and uses data to diagnose root causes and validate solutions.
  • Strategic Mindset: Thinks beyond the "as-is" process to envision a simplified, automated future state that drives competitive advantage.
  • Nimble Learning: Quickly learns and understands new commercial domains and technical capabilities, applying that learning to process design.
  • Drives Results: Focuses on delivering tangible outcomes in process efficiency and effectiveness, not just creating process maps.

Measures of Success
  • Measurable reduction in process cycle time, manual effort, and error rates in targeted NBA workflows.
  • Successful translation of process designs into effective, adopted AI agents and automation solutions.
  • Creation and adoption of standardized, global processes for key NBA activities.
  • Positive feedback from both commercial stakeholders (on process simplification) and technical teams (on the clarity of requirements).
