Responsibilities In this role, you will support senior PAE Mission Systems Program Managers. Responsibilities will include serial log management, memo writing, routing and tracking correspondence, implementing office and organizational administrative policies and procedures; analyzing processes and workflows, and formulating process improvement recommendations to ensure a smooth operation of a large and complex Navy Program Office office.

QualificationsRequired Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years experience in executive level support
- Demonstrated expertise with Navy Correspondence and strong administrative, organizational and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with MS Office applications
- Current DoD SECRET clearance
Desired Qualifications:- Experience supporting a Navy acquisition program office
- Experience with and knowledgeable of the Navy requirements and program office organizations and processes
