Naval Program Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a Naval Program Analyst, you'll bring technical experience and understanding of Navy operations and requirements to shape and influence projects for the Navy client. You'll research, develop, plan, and support the needs of senior leadership as a key member of the staff. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate systems, policies, and processes as part of the Navy's mission. You'll guide the work we do for the Navy client and the solutions we deliver towards supporting the Navy's mission and national security.

You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and teams of various sizes
  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level briefings and reports
  • Experience in Active duty, Reserve, or as a civilian with CVN, CRUDES, AMPHIBs, expeditionary, small craft, mine warfare, or modernization and sustainment
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools, including PowerBI or Automation tools
  • Ability to work independently, creatively, and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • 8+ years of experience working in a federal government environment such as DoW or DoN
  • Experience with a large logistics and program management organization, including a military systems command
  • Experience with DoD Acquisition or Navy Program Management Offices
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Master's degree
  • Project Management Professional Certification

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
